We share and use these experiences as training resources to educate you because not only have we experienced these challenges, we have survived them!
We will be very upfront and say, just like a fitness coach, we get you to do the hard work. That tennis coach might model a great serve, but make no mistake, it’s the player who is swinging the racket most of the time. Likewise, we are there with you every step of the way and with our expert training resources, we build on your existing knowledge and push you forward, often out of your comfort zone. We help you achieve and grow as a person and a business.
The reality is, you already know most of the answers, you just need someone to ask the right questions, provide extra resources and training, hold you accountable and cheer you on. We are big on cheering on RTOs, we feel the VET Sector can always use a little more cheer. RTO Coaching can only be successful if you put in the effort. Unlike consultancy where we do the work, when you’re being coached, you get out of it what you put in.
